Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service if you use it. The privacy policy page of the Gravatar service can be found here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment has been approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible in the context of your comment.
Media
If you are a registered user and upload images to the site, you should avoid uploading images containing EXIF GPS location data. Visitors to the site can download the images from the site and view the location data.
Cookies
When you leave a comment on our site, you can indicate whether your name, e-mail address and site may be stored in a cookie. We do this for your convenience so that you do not have to enter this information again for a new response. These cookies are valid for one year.
When you visit our login page, we store a temporary cookie to check whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.
Once you log in, we will store some cookies in connection with your login information and screen display options. Login cookies are valid for 2 days and screen options cookies are valid for 1 year. If you select “Remember me”, your login will be saved for 2 weeks. As soon as you log out of your account, login cookies are deleted.
When you edit or publish a message, an additional cookie is stored by your browser. This cookie contains no personal data and only contains the post ID of the article you edited. This cookie expires after one day.
Embedded content from other sites
Posts on this site may contain embedded content (e.g. videos, images, messages, etc.). Embedded content from other sites behaves exactly the same as if the visitor had visited this other site.

How long we keep your data
When you leave a comment, that comment and the metadata of that comment will be saved forever. This way we can recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically instead of having to moderate them.
For users who register on our site (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also view and edit this information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request an export file of the personal information we hold about you, including any information you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data that we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.

What we collect and store
When you visit our site, we collect the following data:
- Products you have viewed: For example, we use this information to show you products that you have recently viewed

- Shipping address: we ask you to fill in this information so that we can, for example, calculate the shipping costs before you place an order and then send the order to you!

When you purchase products from us, we ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment information, and optional account information, such as a username and password. We use this information for the following purposes:

- To set up your account for our store

Members of our team have access to the information you have provided to us. For example, both Admins and Store Managers have access to:
- Order information, such as the products purchased, the date of purchase and the delivery address, and
- Customer information, such as your name, email address, shipping and payment information.
Our team members have access to this information to complete orders, process orders, issue refunds and support you.

We accept payments via PayPal. When processing payments, some data is transferred to PayPal. This includes information necessary to process or support payment, such as the total amount of the purchase and billing information.

The personal data collected and why
Information about event, participant and ticket seller
If you create, submit, import, save, or publish event ticket information, as well as obtain RSVP’s or purchase tickets to events, such information is retained in the local database:
- Attendee Information (RSVPs and Tickets): name and email address
- Ticket information (RSVPs and Tickets): name, email address, and ticket number/SKU (via checkout page)
- Ticket buyer details: name and email address
- Ticket the buyer’s billing address, which is collected through the use of WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, or PayPal
Note: The website owner can collect almost all visitor information requested from ticket buyers by creating a custom registration form.

We use certain API keys to provide specific functions.
These API keys may include the following third-party services: Google Maps and PayPal.
