Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service if you use it. The privacy policy page of the Gravatar service can be found here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment has been approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible in the context of your comment.

Media

If you are a registered user and upload images to the site, you should avoid uploading images containing EXIF ​​GPS location data. Visitors to the site can download the images from the site and view the location data.

The personal data collected and why

Information about event, participant and ticket seller

If you create, submit, import, save, or publish event ticket information, as well as obtain RSVP’s or purchase tickets to events, such information is retained in the local database:

1. Attendee Information (RSVPs and Tickets): name and email address
2. Ticket information (RSVPs and Tickets): name, email address, and ticket number/SKU (via checkout page)
3. Ticket buyer details: name and email address
4. Ticket the buyer’s billing address, which is collected through the use of WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, or PayPal

Note: The website owner can collect almost all visitor information requested from ticket buyers by creating a custom registration form.
